SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
Please note that the shipping does not include any customs/duties fees that may incur. In the event of free shipping, the courier cost will be free, but any customs/duties fees incurred will still be under the responsibility of the customer due to the packages being DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what the particular charges may be. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees shall be under the responsibility of the customer (even if a shipment is refused upon delivery).
Delivery fee and times:
International Deliveries: 7-14 days – FREE OF CHARGE
International Express Deliveries: 1-3 workdays + SGD 15
Singapore Local Deliveries: 1-3 days workdays – FREE OF CHARGE
Delivery times are for in stock products only. All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for. Please note we are unable to deliver on Bank Holidays, Saturdays or Sundays. If an order is made after 4 pm on Friday, it will not be sent out before the following Monday.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. Send us an email at email@example.com with the order confirmation number for us to process your return. Goods must be returned to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging in order for us to process an exchange or refund. Meracai does not cover the return postage. Returns that are damaged or have been worn will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer without a refund. We recommend returns to be sent using a tracked service as we are not responsible for lost mails. Send your goods, including the original packaging to the address below.

Processing your Refund
Upon receipt of items, the credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges (exceptions may apply). We will process your refund within 48 hours of receipt. Your credit card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your account. It is important to ensure that you state you are ‘returning to seller’ in the reason for export field on your postage label if you are sending from outside of Singapore.
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is missing or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order confirmation number at hand. Meracai will not accept any responsibility for items returned to us without a proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of international returns nor do we cover any costs associated with currency conversion and/or local or international taxes.
